CAST BASALT

Cast Basalt is a natural volcanic rock / stone that is melted & casted mainly in the form of tiles & cylinders. It has got below mentioned properties which it highly abrasion resistant to wear by abrasion & chemical reactions. Due to it’s excellent hardness & strength the life of the equipment lined with cast basalt increases to considerable lifespan increasing productivity by reducing maintenance period.Cast basalt is mainly supplied in the form of tiles, cylinders / liners, cast basalt lined pipe fittings like pipes, bends, reducers, tee, laterals, cyclones, trenches, hoppers, etc.

Cast basalt is mainly supplied in the form of tiles, cylinders / liners, cast basalt lined pipe fittings like pipes, bends, reducers, tee, laterals, cyclones, trenches, hoppers, etc.

Cast Basalt liners are widely used in :-
  • Glass industries, Graphite industries, Aluminium Industries, Chemical & Fertilizer industries, Material handling equipment ( pneumatic & mechanical ) manufacturers, Forging industries, fabrics industries, etc.
  • Automotive ABS Test Track – Cast Basalt Tiles are used in automotive ABS test track in automobile industries as well as in vehicle testing centres like VRDE, NATRIP, ICAT, etc.
  • Cement Plants – Separator Cyclones, Chain Conveyor, Coal Handling Chutes, Cement Conveying pipe lines, Lime & Silica Chutes, etc.
  • Steel plants – Sponge iron units, Wet scraper conveyors, Coal, lime & sinter bunkers, Cyclones, Chain conveyors, Ash & steel Slurry line, Air lift pipes, Telescopic pipes, Granulated slag, Hot mill flume ducts, Distribution plates, etc.
  • Coal Washeries – Coal conveyors, Pipelines, Cyclones, Sieves, etc.
  • Thermal Power Stations – Wet scraper conveyors, Bottom Ash, Disposal Slurry, Pipeline, Fly Ash. Trenches, Pulverized Coal Piping, Raw Coal Chutes, Hoppers, Coal Bunker, Ash Pits, Crushers, etc.
